When the game is tight, LeBron James is the man the Cleveland Cavaliers want with the ball in his hands. James had it, but rather than take the shot , he opted to pass to a wide-open Donyell Marshall in the corner. Fortunately for Detroit, the shot was off target and the Pistons escaped with a 79-76 victory in Game 1 of the Eastern Conference finals.

“It was a great play for them to make that pass,” said the Pistons’ Richard Hamilton. “We had a guy running out on him and we knew they had brought Donyell Marshall out just for that. It was a mistake on our part to let him get a wide-open shot.”
